Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS:

  • If you wish to return your item(s), please email Boutique@SculptHouse.com with RETURN and Order # in subject line. In email, please reference what you would like to return.
  • RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ORDER DATE, OR A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.  
  • For returns, you will receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping), in the original form of payment.
  • SculptHouse reserves the right to refuse a return if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 10 day return period.  
  • Returns must be shipped using trackable envelope or box and order receipt inside package. SculptHouse cannot be responsible for lost, mis-delivered or damaged packages. We strongly recommend that you keep record of the tracking number.
  • An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received and processed.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 business days from the date of your return package arrival 
  • Purchases made online can also be taken into the SculptHouse store, with invoice.
  • Returns are not accepted on FINAL SALE items, Discount Code Orders, Skincare Products, Shoes, Accessories, or Gift Cards
  • Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached.

EXCHANGES:

SculptHouse does not offer online order exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your item(s), please return as outlined above and place a new order.
